Florian is another butterwort of exquisite, demure beauty with pink leaves and a white border. It's a hybrid of two miniature species, P. debbertiana and P. esseriana. Like most Mexican butterworts, it will goes dormant in winter for 2-3 months as a way to deal with the dry season. When the rains return and daylight hours increase, it resumes normal growth.
