If you're familiar with N. Peter D'Amato, you'll appreciate this plant. It's a similar cross, but in reverse. Pitchers are maroon with a striped peristome. Lower pitchers are darkly colored and stout. Upper pitchers are lightly colored and funnel-shaped. Pitchers on this plant are also very durable, lasting at least a couple of months, sometimes up to six.
GENERAL CARE

Pitcher Size: Up to 8 inches.
Sunlight: Partial sun.
Water: Low-mineral water (50 ppm or less).
Soil: Equal parts dried sphagnum moss and perlite only.
Temperatures: 70°-85°F during the day; 55°-70°F during the night. Always protect from frost.
