This sundew has proven to be a very unique plant! It features thin, red leaves that curl around insects, a very unusual trait among dewthreads. It has a short growing season due to one of its parent plants (see below). It emerges from dormancy in early spring and often goes dormant by late August to early September. If the summer heat is mild to moderate, you might enjoy this plant into September, but expect it to go dormant shortly after the summer heat peaks.

Great little plant. Arrived in good shape and is thriving in its new marshy plant bed with my other sundews and flytraps. Now it's trying hard to go forth and multiply, with multiple flowering stalks going up and tons of juicy leaves. I may have to have to trim it back soon before it starts encroaching on its neighbors!

I purchased this cultivar as a gift for my neighbors. It has lovely, long red dews that have been catching bugs wonderfully. It has kept them entertained very well. They said it was the best gift ever. They named it "Sundrew"

Plant was wrapped really good and not damaged at all. I got another plant from a different plant and it wasn’t as good as yours and not wrapped as good.

Love sundews. Got 2 of these little guys. Beautiful plants as always from SNW. 1 has produced a flower already and I don’t think it’s a death flower. Thanks for keeping us hobbyists enthralled.

Very cool hybrid. Looks great. Bit of a slow grower compared to my other varieties.
