Sorry, all dates for 2019 are sold out!
Next open house will be in Spring 2020. We are also renovating the nursery to accommodate more open houses and more customers. Stay tuned!
1. Space is limited.
The nursery is on residential property. Parking space is limited, so we must control the number of vehicles by charging a reservation fee. The reservation fee is credited towards your purchase of plants at the nursery.
After reserving your time slot, your name will automatically be included on the guest list. Your order number is your "ticket." You can also bring as many guests as you can safely fit into your car.
2. Directions are sent via email two days prior to the event.
Within 48 hours prior to your reservation, we will email you directions to the nursery and confirm your attendance.
3. Visit us only during your selected time slot.
We allow visitors on the premises only during scheduled open houses. Please respect our privacy and visit us only during your reserved time slot. Unscheduled visits will be declined, no exceptions.
4. Wear appropriate clothing for the weather.
The nursery is open air with very little shelter. If it's hot and sunny, you'll sweat. If it rains, you’ll get wet. The walkways are non-paved, so make sure that you wear proper shoes.
5. Watch for wildlife.
We encourage wildlife to colonize throughout the nursery. You might see Pacific tree frogs, dragonflies, praying mantis, songbirds, rabbits, and deer. Lots of garter snakes also make their home among our plants. If you see any wildlife, please respect their desire to be left alone.
6. Keep your dogs at home.
For everyone's safety and the safety of our plants, please keep your dogs at home. We also strongly discourage leaving dogs in cars during your visit.
While we have a nursery dog who we have trained to leave our plants alone and not jump on people, she will be leashed or fenced during the open house.
Certified service dogs on harnesses and trained to perform a specific task are welcomed. Please let us know in advance.
