Peat moss and perlite are soil ingredients we use for most carnivorous plants. These include Sarracenia, Venus Flytraps, Sundews (Drosera), and Terrestrial Bladderworts (Utricularia).

50% Medium Grade - 
This is the standard mix that is suitable for a wide variety of plants. It consists of 50% peat moss and 50% medium grade perlite. It's versatile with a wide range of plant and pot sizes.

60% Fine Grade - 
This mix contains 40% peat moss and 60% fine grade perlite. It's best used with small pots, such as 3-inch and 4-inch pots. It is also a good mix for growing plants in desert climates to regulate soil temperature.

All soil is guaranteed to be free of fertilizers and other contaminants that may harm carnivorous plants. One gallon of soil will fill:

• two 6-inch pots or
• six 4-inch pots or
• twelve 3-inch pots
