"Orthus" is a carefully selected specimen resulting from the self-crossing of "Night." Its pitchers are tall and remarkably dark, even darker than "Night" itself. It thrives where the sun shines brightly, nights are warm, and the growing season is long. In late summer, this plant produces its largest pitchers of the season, with very dark colors that extend down the pitcher before fading to green. "Orthus" has become one of our favorite plants in the nursery.

Came packaged exceptionally well. Beautiful plant. Looking forward to it growing up. Put it out side to let it go dormant. Spring is going to be fun this year.
