This is one of several miniature butterworts that grows up to 3/4-inch. Like most Mexican butterworts, it will goes dormant in winter for 2-3 months as a way to deal with the dry season. When the rains return and daylight hours increase, it resumes normal growth.

Type of Plant: Tropical plant for windowsill growing.
Size: 0.75 inches across when mature.
Sunlight: Dappled to partial sun. Avoid hot sunlight.
Water: Low-mineral water (50 ppm or less).
Soil: 1 part peat moss, 3 parts perlite.
Temperatures: Tolerant of cool temperatures but always protect from frost.
