Nepenthes ventricosa x (spathulata x lowii) EP
Rooted cuttings from one of Exotica Plants' classic crosses. This hybrid produces green, lightly mottled pitchers that look similar to N. ventricosa, but with an exaggerated flared pink peristome and bulbous pitcher. It provides a distinctive silhouette in any Nepenthes collection or windowsill!

General Care
Type of Plant: Tropical pitcher plant for windowsill growing.
Native Habitat: Rainforests of Southeast Asia.
Sunlight: Very bright filtered sunlight.
Water: Low-mineral water (50 ppm or less). Allow water to drain through.
Soil: Equal parts dried sphagnum moss and perlite. No garden soil, compost, or fertilizer.
Temperatures: Above 70°F during the day. Nighttime temperature of 50°-60°F is highly recommended for optimal growth. Always protect from frost.
