Established Divisions
When we divide our mother plants, we monitor each division for at least 6 months to ensure it grows new roots and at least one new pitcher. This process helps it acclimate quickly to its new environment after shipping.
GENERAL CARE
Type of Plant: Tropical houseplant.
Adult Pitcher Height: Up to 8 inches in favorable conditions.
Sunlight: Partial to full sun, but mild temperatures.
Water: Rainwater, distilled water, or other low-mineral water of 50 ppm or less.
Allow water to drain through.
Soil: Equal parts dried sphagnum moss and perlite.
Temperatures: Mild day temperatures. Avoid excessive heat and scorching sunlight. Nighttime temperature of 50°-65°F is recommended. Always protect from frost.
