This plant arrived in good condition. It was larger than I thought it would be. In a few days in it had plenty of dew on it.
It’s been a month since purchasing and is happily growing on my deck in Connecticut. Color is beautiful.
This dewthread hybrid is of the same parentage as Dreamsicle - Drosera filiformis var. floridana x tracyi. However, Creamsicle is not registered as a cultivar. Other than that, it grows very similarly to Dreamsicle. It has pinkish orange colored thread-like leaves, clumps up readily, and is enjoys very sunny, warm conditions.

When I initially received the Drosera Creamsicle, it was exiting the dormancy period. It's already standing tall and has pushed out lots of growth. It's absolutely riddled with dews to the point that it grabs up any dandelion puff that floats it's way. Care instructions were included as well. Just an all around fun plant to have in your collection.
I received my sleepy specimen early April. I appreciated the plastic dome over the pot; it was labeled 'Waking Up,' which was both cute and reassuring. One month later, my teeny tiny Drosera is stretching and unfurling, and the 'Creamsicle' colors are absolutely stunning. The growth (arms? tentacles?) is quite something to behold!
