Drosera capensis, White Leaf
This naturally occurring variety of Drosera capensis has very little, if any, red pigment. For most of the year, the tentacles are white. During the summer or in very bright sunny conditions, the tentacles become pink. When fully mature, plant can be 5 inches tall. As a cool-tropical species, this plant likes it sunny but cool. It may slow down significantly during the hottest parts of summer, but watch it take off again when the summer heat passes. Great for the first-time grower.

Happy Sundew
So far this sundew has captured a number of fruit flies and mosquitoes. It seems happy on its south facing window sill in a dish of 2-inch of water as per the instructions. Not sure when to repot it but going to give it probably another year in its original pot.
