It's considered a mountainous plant, so it likes a very sunny window with mild temperatures. The broad leaf form has wider leaves than the more common narrow leaf form. It also grows slower than other forms of Cape sundews and is more temperamental to hot conditions. However, it matures into a larger plant overall.

Size: 6 inches across when mature.
Sunlight: Partial sun. Avoid hot sunlight.
Water: Low-mineral water (50 ppm or less).
Soil: Equal parts peat moss and perlite only.
Temperatures: Tolerant of cool temperatures but always protect from frost.

This thing is like a weed, it doesn't stop growing; tells how healthy it is, and of course, it's already taking in a good feed. Excellent plant

Plant arrived in good condition. It's about a month in, and she is thriving in my west/southwest facing window. Hasn't caught any fruit flies yet, but it's nice and dewy and ready for the opportunity.

The level of care demonstrated in the packing of this plant was pretty extraordinary. This plant lost it's dewy drops in transit, but is perking back up. We'll definitely order again.

I am happy with my purchase. It got here in good condition. I bought it because we have gnats and i thought it would help get rid of them. My sister-in-law in Michigan bought some and was very happy with the results.
