    Real Wasp Catchers

Posted by Ramon L. Nelson on July 9, 2016

These plants are smaller than most of the other Sarracenias, but the contrast in size to the others really make the other Sarracenias seem to be that much larger. How ever do not be fooled... they catch more than their share of wasp, beside adding more beautiful color to your collection of plants.

The S. Purpurea I received September is in great shape. It's now just getting ready to sleep the winter out. I look forward to it's red flowers to greet me this next spring!
