This plant gets huge. We recorded pitchers up to 20 inches (with the lid). These pitchers are so large and prolific that they routinely capture mice in our greenhouse. After the first dozen mice, we lost count. The pitchers are very durable and last for up to 6 months. The plant itself also gets very large. Our mother plant reached 5 feet (and 3 feet across) before we took cuttings.
This plant was originally grown from seed by the fine folks at Exotica Plants. It's a confirmed female, as it has flowered twice for us, and we've collected seeds from intentional pollinations.

ROOTED CUTTINGS
Rooted cuttings are genetically identical to the mother plant and produce larger, mature plants more quickly than plants grown from seed or propagated by tissue culture. Each plant has been growing for 6-12 months since the cutting was taken.
