Nepenthes x Fancy Fish (Rooted Cutting)

The hybrid was originally produced by Leilani Nepenthes Nursery. When we acquired it, we decided to save it as a mother plant because we saw its potential as a fantastic plant for first-time growers of Nepenthes. The plant acclimates well to household conditions and is a robust grower. The lower pitchers are mottled with reddish brown blotches. As the vine grows, pitchers become lighter in color. Upper pitchers are chartreuse and abundant.

Type of Plant: Tropical pitcher plant for indoor growing.
Pitcher Size: Up to 8 inches.
Sunlight: Bright filtered to partial sun.
Water: Low-mineral water (50 ppm or less).
Soil: Equal parts dried sphagnum moss and perlite only.
Temperatures: Above 70°F during the day; 55°-70°F during the night. Always protect from frost.
