    So Unusual!

These are lovely little plants. Buy them from this company rather than your neighborhood nursery. Sarracenia NW knows its carnivorous plants. Save your neighborhood nursery for the more common stuff.

    Sticky plant

I received my order of Dionaea muscipula 'King Henry' and Drosera spatulata. I must say that the sundew was in excellent condition. It is a beautiful plant, nearly identical to the one in the photo, except mine was a beautiful green and red form. No matter how good they may be, SNW isn't always correct. Sundews are usually supposed to take two weeks to regain their dew, right? Then why did mine come with perfectly dewy leaves? Again, SNW has outperformed itself. Thanks again for the excellent quality and great service! OK, a while later, I've come back to say that as usual, the experts were right. It did lose dew while adjusting. Leaf burn from overfeeding did not help! However, it has made an excellent comeback (two weeks later, just like they said), and I can only hope that I can grow as well as SNW. And what a gnat catcher! Thanks again for this great plant! P.S. It's even flowering!

These too are no longer small plants, they have added a lot of new growth and height. I am very pleased with these plants and the others that I have bought from Sarracenia Northwest

    My favorite rosetted sundew!

As a big fan of the pygmies, this is definitely my favorite. Chunky, almost succulent-like, leaves very thick with dew. As always, this plant arrived in perfect condition, and hasn't had a hiccup since I purchased it.
