Drosera capensis, White Leaf

(52 reviews) Write a Review
This naturally occurring variety of Drosera capensis has very little, if any, red pigment. For most of the year, the tentacles are white. During the summer or in very bright sunny conditions, the tentacles become pink. When fully mature, plant can be 5 inches tall. As a cool-tropical species, this plant likes it sunny but cool. It may slow down significantly during the hottest parts of summer, but watch it take off again when the summer heat passes. Great for the first-time grower.

Has been growing very nicely for me. Arrived in good shape and even had a nice spatulata growing in pot as well.

Love this guy! Plant was healthy and vibrant (took a day or so to bounce back), looks really great now. It's actively growing and putting out lots of new little gnat-eating tentacles. Thank you!
