My first plant I bought from this nursery and it's a fantastic little plant. It captivated me with its unusual teeth. At first I didn't think it would of been capable of catching insects but it does! RECOMMENDED

    Great plant

Posted by Chris Daniels on May 5, 2014

I purchased some dente flytraps from a couple different locations at the same time, and the ones purchased from here turned out to be the best by far. The shipping/packing was superior, and they looked a lot healthier and in better shape than the others I purchased elsewhere. I got them during their dormant period, and are now starting to flower, just a little over a month later. These are some excellent plants!

    Vigorously growing

The plant shipped out according to their shipping schedule and arrived quickly. It was very carefully packed, and all the potting mix (mostly peat) was intact. Since I received the plant during the dormancy season, it grew slowly. With the arrival of spring, the plant has burst into growth! Lots of beautiful traps and tall petioles. Definitely a healthy plant and well-cared for prior to shipping. Would recommend Sarracenia Northwest without hesitation.

    Growing Fast

Got the Dente and it was a little less than I expected as it only had 2 traps 1 of which was browning. However, after 2 weeks under a 65watt grow bulb ($6 at walmart) it has several new shoots that have opened and this plant is thriving! Very happy!
