If you like red plants, Falcon is the plant for you. Its pitchers are bright red. When grown in very sunny conditions, its leaves develop a beautiful hue of maroon. Yes, this plant can take quite a bit of sunlight and grows vigorously in a very sunny south or west window.
The actual parentage of Falcon is Nepenthes alata x (albomarginata x veitchii).

Size of Adult Plants
Pitchers can reach 4-6 inches.
Partial sun. A south window with a few hours of direct sun is best.
Use mineral-free water or water low in minerals (less than 50 parts per million). Keep the soil damp, but never waterlogged. Allow the water to drain through completely.
Use 1 part dried sphagnum moss and 1 part perlite. Avoid fertilizers, regular garden soil, and compost.
