Pitchers are dark, toothy, and hairy. Not exactly an attractive description, but those seem to be the characteristics many Nepenthes aficionados look for when searching for hybrids made with N. hamata. This plant grows vigorously and adapts well to a large range of temperature and humidity. Just make sure to give this plant lots of sunlight to maintain its dark colors. This plant is a great substitute for folks who want a N. hamata, but don't have the right conditions for it.
