How do I know if my order has been shipped?
 
If you have an account, log into your account to check your order status. You will also receive tracking information via email at the time of shipping.
If my order hasn't been shipped yet, can I add to it?
 
Yes , as long as we can finalize your order before the cutoff time. Orders need to be finalized by noon the day prior to shipping. Contact us with the items you want to add.

If you make an additional purchase prior to shipping, please alert us with an email so that we have ample time to adjust your orders. Refunds from combined shipping are given as Plant Points only.
How do I track my order?
 
You will receive tracking information via email at the time of shipping. You can also log into your account to retrieve your tracking information.
My order hasn't arrived yet
 
Log into your account to check your order status. If the status says "Processing," your order has not yet shipped. You will receive tracking information via email at the time of shipping.

If you have your tracking number, check with USPS.com to track your package. If your package is in transit, we simply have to wait until it shows up, regardless of the length of time it's in transit. When we hand over the package to USPS, there is nothing we can do on our end to expedite the shipping process. Plants are good in the box for up to a week, depending on the weather. Your plants are also guaranteed for 30 days from the time of shipping.

If your package has been delivered, but you haven't received it, check with your carrier or local Post Office. Sometimes it may have been left with a neighbor.

Please be aware that we do not guarantee the security of your packages when they are delivered to your doorstep. If the tracking information says your package was delivered, we consider it as delivered. Theft is possible, and we are not at all responsible for stolen packages or the security of your mailbox. Please choose a secure mailing address for your packages.
