General Description
This is a very prolific plant, thanks to it's Nepenthes ventricosa parentage. It produces pitchers almost non-stop! Pitchers are colorful with dark red mottling and a striped peristome. Overall, this is a great houseplant.

Your plant will be shipped potted in a 4-inch pot. All plants are established rooted cuttings that were propagated on-site from proven mother plants in our collection.

Natural Habitat
Parent plants are native to the tropical rainforest of Southeast Asia.

Type of Plant
Tropical plant for indoor growing. Always protect from frost.

Size of Adult Plants
Pitchers can reach 6-8 inches.

Partial sun. A south window with a few hours of direct sun is best.

Use mineral-free water or water low in minerals (less than 50 parts per million). Keep the soil damp, but never waterlogged. Allow the water to drain through completely.

Use 1 part dried sphagnum moss and 1 part perlite. Avoid fertilizers, regular garden soil, and compost.

Day Temperature
75° - 85°F.

Night Temperature
60° - 70°F.

The plant has grown two new leaves but concerned that no pitchers have developed yet.  The plant arrived well packaged and healthy.   Happy with your product.
