This is one of many species of pygmy sundews native to Western Australia. It has a similar growth habit to Drosera scorpiodes. As the plant matures, it continues to grow about 1/2 inch each year. The lower portions will turn brown, but the upper portion will remain green. The leaves are slightly red and sparkle with dew. In early winter, look for gemmae, vegetative bodies that you can sow to grow more plants.
